Lindy Lou’s Adventures in Music is a trading name of Lynne MacLaughlan, who operates the Lindy Lou’s Adventures in Music franchise network from:

Lindy Lou’s Adventures in Music owns and operates the Lindy Lou’s Adventures in Music brand and website.

Our classes, events and parties are delivered locally by independently operated franchisees.

Lindy Lou’s Adventures in Music and each franchisee act as separate data controllers for the personal information they collect and use.

This means that each party is responsible for ensuring that personal information is handled fairly, lawfully and securely.

In some circumstances, we may share information between Head Office and franchisees where this is necessary to:

  • provide our services;
  • maintain continuity of classes if a franchise changes hands;
  • manage and support the franchise network;
  • provide training and quality assurance;
  • handle complaints;
  • protect children’s welfare;

  • protect our legitimate business interests.



Getting to know you (and keeping your details safe)

We only collect information that we genuinely need.

As our services are designed for babies and young children, we collect information about children through their parent, guardian or carer. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

  • If a franchisee stops operating in your area, relevant customer information may be transferred to Lindy Lou’s Adventures in Music and/or a replacement franchisee so that classes can continue without interruption. Where possible, we will notify you of this change.

Photography and filming during classes is also subject to the requirements set out in our Terms & Conditions.

  • ClassForKids, our booking and customer management provider;
